Alexander Fischer

Alexander is an independent board member with 19 years of experience in financial services, focused on asset management in Europe. He is a fully qualified lawyer and corporate governance expert.

Before joining Leoniq he spent almost four and a half years as Head of Corporate Investment Services & Fund Setup and three years as Assistant Vice President at two of the largest and most renowned AIFMs in Luxembourg. Prior to that he was Senior Legal Advisor at the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and held committee positions at the European fund associations (EFAMA and ETDF). He is a member of management / board of CSSF-regulated and non-regulated investment funds.
